From results to action: a new iP Manager report in the iP121 platform

We have released two more additions to the platform.

The first is the new iP Manager 2.1.1 report.

iP Manager was created for managers. Rather than another lengthy psychometric report, it quickly translates iP121 findings into everyday work with a person and a team.

It shows, among other things:

• conditions in which the person works best,
• what motivates them,
• their preferred working and decision-making style,
• the value they may contribute to the team,
• what to consider when delegating tasks and working together.

In the new version, we have refined the interpretation to distinguish needs and natural predispositions more clearly from developed competencies and professional experience.

We have also completely refreshed the report's visual design: it is shorter, clearer and much easier for a manager to use quickly.

Partner Resources

The second addition is “Partner Resources”.

Advisio Partners can now access official iP121 methodological and psychometric materials and sample reports directly in the platform, for use in their work with clients.

This is an important development direction for iP121.

Our aim goes beyond conducting an assessment and generating results. We want the whole ecosystem to help users understand the results, work with them and turn them into specific organisational actions.
