For students and graduates
The iP Coach report helps participants name their needs, preferred working style and possible development directions. Students can relate the profile to study, project, placement and early-career experiences rather than relying only on general self-descriptions.
iP CV allows selected information about professional potential to be shared with a recruiter. Add the public link to a CV, email or LinkedIn profile.
For career advisers
Individual and team reports, profile comparisons and fit analysis support consultation preparation. The AI Assistant can connect profile information and help prepare questions; the adviser relates the findings to the student’s situation.
For universities
We have worked with Career Offices for over ten years. We help plan use in consultations and development programmes and offer educational pricing. For larger projects, we can help explore external funding options; this is not a funding guarantee.

No. A profile supports discussion of predispositions, needs and working environments. Career decisions also involve interests, experience and opportunities.

Yes. Terms and educational pricing are discussed in relation to the university’s project.
Can a student show their profile to an employer?
They can share an iP CV report link, for example as an addition to a CV.
