Contact form

You provide your full name, email address and reason for contacting us, with optional organisation, phone number and message. We use this information to respond to and handle your enquiry. It is sent to our backend and email provider, Resend; the form does not send these details to the statistics system. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address.

Information about processing grounds, retention periods, rights and service providers is available in the Advisio Poland Privacy Policy. Contact the controller about access, correction, erasure or objection. You may lodge a complaint with the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Website statistics

On our own server, we count page requests, document downloads and selected actions: opening a form, clicking a report download, enlarging a video and submitting an enquiry. The statistics do not store form contents, full referrer URLs or URL query parameters.

An IP address is used temporarily to determine an approximate country and check published IP ranges for selected bots. The statistics database stores hourly aggregates only, without IP addresses, full User-Agent strings, cookies, user identifiers or cross-site tracking. Aggregates are automatically deleted after 180 days. Browser events respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Server request measurement also covers traffic without JavaScript.

We determine the country locally using the DB-IP Lite database. We do not send IP addresses to an external geolocation API. IP Geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Standard infrastructure logs are a separate part of server operation and security.
