iP121 is Advisio Poland’s platform for working with professional potential. It provides the Insightful Profiler™ questionnaire, individual and team reports, and the separate Professional Competency Test (pCT).

One platform, separate assessments
Insightful Profiler describes needs, predispositions and working style. pCT is a separate situational assessment with its own responses and report. The questionnaire’s norms and psychometric properties do not describe pCT.
Author of the Insightful Profiler methodology

Methodological foundations
The model includes twelve factor scales, four higher-order factors and twelve Synopsis scales. The documentation describes a Polish normative sample of 26,885 complete profiles as of 31 March 2026. Validation and reliability information must be read in the context of the documented procedures and samples.
