iP Coach — understand the person and prepare the conversation
The narrative report brings together motivators, predispositions for competency development, internal limitations and team-role predispositions. Its introduction, summary and Synopsis help relate individual sections to the whole profile.
Use it in coaching, development conversations and career guidance. Ask the participant for examples: what they recognise, what needs exploring and what they want to develop.
iP Manager — support everyday collaboration
The manager’s report describes preferred working conditions, motivators and practical considerations for collaboration. It helps prepare a conversation about delegation, autonomy and expectations.
iP Pro — data for professional interpretation
The report includes response-credibility information, four higher-order factors and twelve factor scales, including sten and percentile results. It provides a basis for deeper interpretation in relation to norms and information gathered during a conversation.
iP CV — a profile to share
This concise participant report presents selected information about working style, potential contribution to a team and professional potential. Share its public link in a CV, an email to a recruiter or a LinkedIn post. The authenticity check confirms the report’s origin; it does not replace competency assessment in recruitment.
Synopsis — a conversation about the team
The team report compares profiles across twelve scales, highlighting similarities and differences. It can support workshop preparation and conversations about collaboration. Profile interpretation does not replace observing the team’s actual work.
The separate pCT report
The Professional Competency Test report comes from a separate situational assessment, rather than Insightful Profiler responses. It includes four competency areas, eight aspects, recommendations and action-planning worksheets.

Questions and answers
Do all reports come from one assessment?
Insightful Profiler reports use the questionnaire profile. pCT is a separate test with its own responses and report.
Which report supports a development conversation?
iP Coach provides a broad narrative of needs and predispositions. iP Manager supports a conversation between the employee and their manager.
Can a participant share iP CV with a recruiter?
Yes. They can share a public report link, for example in a CV or email.
Does a result replace conversation and experience-based assessment?
No. Interpret findings in relation to experience, behaviour and the requirements of the role.
