The University of Szczecin's Academic Career Office has chosen an Advisio Poland sp. z o.o. solution for its work with students.
The training tools were purchased through the project “University meets business; Polish–German Innovation Campus — innovative pilot project INT 181”.
The following have joined Advisio Poland's certified consultants: Monika Smoguła, Iza Raulin, Alicja Komander and Beata Kosińska.
Over the coming years, students at the university will use Insightful Profiler™ (iP121) to assess their professional predispositions and competencies.
The tool is fully online and allows users to create any number of competency profiles for a position.
Insightful Profiler™ (iP121) is based on the Big Five theory and meets the criteria for a reliable psychometric solution.
The report findings will help Academic Career Office advisers identify the following for students:
- strengths
- potential development areas
- management competencies
- social competencies
- professional competencies
- work motivation factors
- factors relating to team work
With support from Advisio Poland, the Academic Career Office can identify students' professional potential and help them choose a career path that makes use of their predispositions.
